1.Overview
At Lavorda,all products are carefully inspected and crafted to meet our premium quality standards.Due to the nature of our products,we operate a strict no return and refund policy.
2.No returns & No refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once and order has been placed and processed
3.Exceptions ( Damaged or incorrect items only)
We only offer replacements under the following conditions
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong item
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence
If approved ,we will arrange a replacement of the same item.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4.Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Correct size,colour and product are selected
- Shipping details are accurate
Lavorda is not responsible for any errors made by the customer during checkout.
5.Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
